- Minimum of 21 years of age,
- Minimum of CLB level 5,
- Minimum of funding of around CAD $150, 000 as an investment,
- Minimum three-years of work experience in managing and operating the business to apply for this program.
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP):
OINP’s Master graduate stream, PhD Graduate stream and Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Streams don’t require a job offer from internationals to work in Ontario.
For OINP’s Master graduate stream, a candidate must:
- Have applied before completing his/her masters in Ontario
- Be living there for at least one year
- Score language benchmark of 7 in the language proficiency test
- Have sufficient funds of around CAD $ 12,475 to support him/her in the province after immigration
For OINP’s PhD Graduate stream, a candidate must:
- Have completed his/her PhD n Canada
- Be living there for at least one year
- Score language benchmark of 7 in the language proficiency test

For Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream,
A candidate must have a profile in Express entry pool and received Notification of Interest from the province.
