Step 2: Check whether you can apply or not

Step 3: Get into Express entry profile
To continue the further procedure to migrate to Canada, create express entry profile and complete all the sections given in the form. There are 60 days to fill up and submit Canada immigration visa application. Once you submit the application, the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score is automatically assigned to your express entry profile based on your responses.
Step 4: Receive an ITA
ITA stands for Invitation to Apply and it is issued to candidates in the express entry pool who have secured a CRS score above the threshold score drawn in each Express entry draw.
Step 5: Pay fees and wait for Confirmation:
ITA is valid for 60 days only and invited candidates and upon receiving an ITA, the candidate needs to submit complete application to apply for Canada permanent residence. It requires uploading of required documents in PDF format and payment of processing fee ($550 CAD), Right of Permanent Resident Fee ($490 CAD) and biometric fee ($85 CAD). The processing of Express entry application takes around six months so wait for the confirmation.
